FLAMES
~Nothing matters anymore,
You had to go and change the score.
You pulled me down and made me see,
All the things they go to be.
~The things they must always be,
Hate, disloyal, pain, mystery.
The fire cracks upon my skin,
Not burning on; but within.
~Hot red flames sear my soul,
No ones here I’m all alone.
The room, alight with flame and pain,
My tears ran dry- are flames again.
~Flames drip down my cheeks and chin,
Burning trials through my skin.
My fiery tears belong in jars,
Reminders of my causeless scars.

WHITE ROOM
i sit in the white room,
fear filling my eyes,
i dont want to hear it-
but my best friend has died.
she left without warning, no hugs or goodbyes,
only the pale flesh and wide lifeless eyes.
i hold to her tight, i scream and i cry,
but the facts are all there, why would they lie?
as my tears fall i wonder;
why did she go?
why did her family tell her to leave?
why did she walk alone and not scream?
why did she grow old?
why did she die?
where she alive now she'd not let me cry.
but i cant help it now she's not here,
she served as my legs,
and kept me from fear.
i loved her so much,
and now she is gone,
my mother my friend, my lover, all one.
so i sit in the white room,
i will not belive it.
my best friends alive,
in my heart i can feel it.
